Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
You can enter the next Cartback Prize Draw without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten entry form via postal mail.
How It Works
- Download the official entry form using the button below.
- Print the form and complete it by hand. Typed or digitally filled forms are not accepted.
- Mail the completed form to: Cartback AMOE, 5-7 Peel Street, Collingwood, VIC, 3066, Australia
- Your entry must be received before the draw date to be included in that draw.
Rules
- Limit: One (1) entry per postal address per draw period.
- PO Boxes are not accepted as the entrant's address.
- The form must be completed by hand — photocopied, printed, or machine-generated forms are not valid.
- AMOE entries are included in the same prize draw pool as purchase-based entries with equal odds of winning.
